I was thinking about the B4 II and all the extra organ sounds it comes with and I couldn't help but think of the cheezy old "Mighty Wurlitzer" sound that's missing.
Has anyone put it into a sample library?

I know PMI did a theater organ but I never heard it. I generally associate that sickly-sweet vibrato sound with the term "Mighty Wurlitzer" and theater organs in general but I don't know if that's the kind of sound PMI was going for or if anyone else has tried to sample it. Makes me cringe, personally! :D

I agree that a little goes a long way but I often play for seniors and they like that sound. Like it or not, it's conspicuous by it's absence.
While I'm at it, has anyone created a street/carousel/band organ? I'm thinking something that sounds like this:

complete with percussion.
