It vanishes when there is no chat officially scheduled, so it only appears on Fridays and Sundays. However you can still always get there with the address

Though I'm sure it stays rather empty on non-scheduled chat days.

I wish it was! :D It should be a holidy here in the USA too . . . anything to get out of college classes for a day :D It is the Feast of All Saints Day, but they don't stop classes for that. :(
