please send the gigasampler diagnostic file

I have tried emailing to gssupport@nemesys etc but no repplay. Can someone please email the diagnostic program to feenix@mpc.com.au the user is Russell Finch and he is having problems with giga locking up for no reason. If you try using the diagnostics on his computer it would be appreciated . My email is Bengarden@bigpond.com if you could tell me when this is done it would be great
