Recording Choir

I want to record a 40 Voice choir using a track created in Logic audio with Giga samples. Is there a way the choir can monitor the track without using floor monitors. Can an FM signal be transmitted so the choir members can monitor using walkmans?

Maybe just feeding the Logic stuff to conductors headset would do the trick?
