Change Octave

How can I change the octave of the bass and guitar. The tune knob seems to repitch the samples. Is there an offset in the Kompakt player somewhere? I always leave the Guitar and Bass staves at written pitch in finale.

IMHO your best option is to setup the staves in Finale to be transposing for these instruments.

Thanks for the suggestion but I hate working like that.
I used to use Kontakt and could edit the samples myself. Perhaps Bass and Guitar at written pitch could be added to a further update if the Kompakt player can't do it.

Update

You can edit the files with Kontakt 1.5 and they still open in the original Kompakt player. Problem solved.
