Hi there,

Has anyone tried the Yamaha P250 out?

My P-300 is about 14 years old and now starting to have some 'action' issues.

I have somewhat peculiar request features on my controller.

1. Need two MW's
2. 3-4 FC inputs
3. powered speakers (to do middle of the night writing or if an idea comes up fast - I don't have to power up the PC's)
4. Decent weighted piano action (so when I play Piano live - it is not a shock)

This piano/controller seems to have it all. Seems a bit pricey though. Any experiences from any one here on this or another suggestion?

For your style of playing I would recommend *looking* at the Yamaha S90 ES Rob.

Thanks Paul, but I really want the powered speakers option as well.

Paul -

The more I think of this - I think you are right. Plus this KB has some interesting options as far as 'synth sounds'. I have the orchestral stuff handled but it would always be nice to widen the synth sound palatte.

Anyone have this KB - vouch for the sounds?
