From the Law Firm of Dewey, Suem & How

Gary Garritan,
Plaintiff

vs.

Francis Belardino, Bela D Media
Defendant,

Case No. 151, 135.26 The State of Derision
----------------------------------
This action seeks to adjoin Francis Belardino from selling his horse choir library. Clicking on the horses, one at a time, will show evidence of the suspect samples.

http://svt.se/hogafflahage/hogafflaHage_site/Kor/hestekor.swf (http://svt.se/hogafflahage/hogafflaHage_site/Kor/hestekor.html)

Plaintiff has sampled the finest neighs of horses from around the world. Purebred horses of quality and distinction. Said neighs have been duly copyrighted and trademarked by Plaintiff. Plaintif has also purchased the rights to Mr. Ed which included singing horses.

Plaintiff alleges that one night, the Defendent went into his chorale, the place behind the barn where you keep the horses, and surreptitiously sampled Palintiff's singing horses. Defendant also tried sampling plaintiff's pony, but it was a little hoarse.

When caught in the act of running a foal and sampling the horses, a brawl ensued. :n: Plaintiff struck defendent until he couldn't "giddyup!" and was sent to the horsepital!

Defendent now counterclaims for un-neigh-borly conduct. :(

Plaintiff also seeks damages for emotional distress claiming the whole incident has been a night-mare! :D

------------------------------------

This is an inside joke that was just too funny to keep private to the Garritan fourm. As one can plainly see, Mr. Garritan is in desperate need of a vaccation.

:D:D:D

I don't get. What's with the horse stuff?

I also just had another procedure for the 2 herniated discs in my neck.

Ummm? I may be wrong here but I think 24 hours later is not enough time before jumping back into the saddle. Needless to say, the horse is fine and the rider is an idiot for riding soon soon after.

Thanks again for the kind words."

OK, guys, enough horsing around! There is already far to muh neigh-saying on this site. If you keep doing things to stirrup the group, we're going to be saddled with a negative rep.

Can't we all just get along, little dogie? :D

Good times. :) I'm always tickled to see the neat things coming out of my Swedish homeland too.

Well, as being the only certified horse masseur on this forum, I can tell that the isabell colored one from the left, are suffering from tension around the Brachius Cefalicus area....

Sweet. Can I use this as the official demo? I should be able to move a few copies before the case goes to settlement.

so how do you shut them up??????????? Once they start to sing you have to click the horse again to stop his singing.
We planned to incorporate Vocal Control with the product but now we have this legal issue hanging over our head :D

Just herd about this, and thought I'd give you some feed-bag. I side with the neigh sayers. Are you just trying to spur discussion, or are you trying to stirrup some controversy? I mean, what's your mane point? Feeling your oats? Buckin' for a promotion? This is not something that a well-manured gentleman would bring up. Hoove you been talking to? Hope-philly we can put an end to this tail of whoa before someone lands in the horse-spittle. This be-derby it. I think it's time for the moderators to rein things in, so we can regain a sense of stable-ity and hit the hay. It's way pasture bedtime, anyway.

After listening very closely to the samples, it is clear that the microphone was placed at the wrong end of the animals.

Should sell a heap, ... though

This is kinda correct, 2 mic positions were used: near and rear. The rear adds more ambience and life:D The Horses were well feed to achieve this. When both are used at once, it gives the listener the ullusion that he or she is riding the horses.

Haha... :D Really funny!! We should make a poll to see what things over the world have not been sampled yet.

The rear mics provide ambiance and distance. Our initial goal was to capture distance from approximately 10 feet back. Needless to say, the singers refused and bucked us back another 25 feet

That sample looks like it was triggered by my remote "Kick Frank in the head" button. Now it can be just a keyswitch. C#1 should do.:D

Hey Frank. Are you going to record this one in the first edition or will we have to wait a special one?;)

HAHA!! Now that was funny! Having said that..I have a few thoughts.

When loaded in Kontakt2 I find it to be not very "stable".
Some of the samples had some very obvious "clip clop" sounds at the loop point.
Also, I am having problems with the herd builder.

Other than that it's great!
