wholly cripes! I emailed sales at NI and they were nice and sent a return stating that I was eligible for upgrade to Kontakt 2 for $99 us! Good freaking luck! I've been all over their web site and found nothing of the sort! Anyone have a clue as to what I have to do to get this problem rectified? I'm frustrated! :mad:

I'd look at both Update and Crossgrade to see what saves you the most money.
Don't forget to log in so the pages will know automatically if a crossgrade/update
applies for you.
Saved me a ton of money some weeks ago :D
