Controlling verb on the SB live by midi 91

I run Giga, Cubase VST and I\'m using the SB live for real time effects. I read in the SB manuals that the verb level can be assigned to midi controller 91 (it\'s actually the default). The same concept seems to be applicable to the individual track. So we could add different levels of verb to each track during playback by assigning to it a different value for controller 91.
Straightly so it does not work though.
Any suggestion ?

I may be wrong, but the controller 91 on the SB live! is to control the effect applied to the Emu soundfont synth...only. The control for giga is the manual slider in your environmental audio HQ page (tab master and source).
