JABB, problems with loading brass sections

hello

anyone has this problem? Kontakt player seems to work ok. It seems to be loading all the instruments. But when i try to load any of trumpets or saxes, kontakt loads samples but i can't hear any sound. the cpu meter looks working but no sound goes out. when loading drums , piano, etc. everything works fine.
any help?

You did read the manual didn't you?:D

You must raise modulation (CC1) to hear the sounds. Kontakt defaults to a level of 0, so you hear very little or no sound.

thank you , that should solve the problem. but how can I change it in kontakt player that comes with garritan stuff?
