Which one, the flute type or the "Wah wah wah"? Which I believe is a voice. The “flute” is a Native American Indian flute. Hand carved and played like a recorder.
Or are you talking about the little guy who lights Clint Eastwoods’ cigar and says, "Whatja say your name was buddy?" (in a high fast high pitched munchkin type voice) :D

I understand that the initial flute part (before the "wah, wah, wah") obtained it's "leslie effect" by mounting a mic in the center of the ceiling and then swinging the coyote in a circle by it's tail. It's the only known movie where assistant engineers got combat pay. And stitches. :)

"Bad" is not too good either. Try "socially disfunctional". I guess "good" is acceptable, though :)
