Insufficient Privileges

I am unable to post private messages on this forum because I now have insuffficient privileges. I don't know when this began, but that's the way it is now. Any others experience this phenomenon?

Well, I just got a reply from the webmaster. It's okay now. Just one of those mysterious computer glitches.
