I just purchased the Delta 1010 and realized that my CD-R in my computer wont play Cds or record them in Cool Edit Pro.
I called Midiman and they made me seem like a fool, which I am. I\'ve been used to using cheap soundcards that are hooked up to the CD-R so I just play and record them into Cool edit Pro, but the guy at Midiman told me to download \"Siren Xpress\" from SonicFoundry and take the audio track from a sample CD and convert it to a file.
My audio drive is on drive D and my programs are on Drive C. \"Siren\" is now on Drive C. Should I have installed it on Drive D instead?
Does anyone here know how to convert an audio track from a sample CD to a file so when I open up the file of the audio track, it opens Cool Edit Pro and plays it?
Thanks for any info!
