Aark TDIF problem

Just installed Aark TDIF into a Pentium II with Gigastudio. We seem to be only able to get TWO inputs/outputs. We also installed and Aark TDIF into a Pentium III at the same time and that one is working fine.

Any ideas as to why it\'s not working??
