GS, Cubase VST, Pulsar 1- cant get midi working

Can anyone tell me what is the correct settings in cubase and pulsar to get midi signal into Gigasampler?, I cant get any midi no matter what I do. Cubase has now a setting output to gigiasampler/endless wave, does one us this? HELP!

Make sure you have GSIF device in the pulsar project, it must be started before giga is opened.
