Converting Will Lee Bass from AKAI to GIG ?

AKAI-Will lee Bass library are on sale at my town\'s local store. Is there any problem to Convert this disk to GIG with S-Convertor ?

I\'m asking this cause I never did this kind of conversion before, plus I heard bad things about S-Convertor.
