GS + VST on same PC - ASIO Latency - best soundcard?

using GS and Cubase VST5.0R4 on same computer
what \"realistic\" asio latency
do you get then in cubase.
is that really working with
low asio latency <12ms?
whats the best soundcard for that?
what\'s about SEK\'D Sienna?

I get 7ms at 44khz 24-bit with Pulsar 2. I\'m not sure I\'ll be able to keep it this low with a lot of audio tracks though. But it works like this with Pulsar synths, 8 stereo-tracks, 10-20 MIDI chs, one VSTi (Volkszampler, running 12 MIDI ch\'s), and a few DX plugins.

I also heard the RME Digi9652/9636 should be good.
