In the past, when I managed developers or consultants I had a large version of that comic posted in my office behind my desk. It served two goals. When I was sitting at my desk I could not help but look up and see it, and when someone was in my office they could not help but see it either.

Oddly enough, while there is absolutely an element of truth in every panel, in my experience the panel about the programmers was the one I found it easiest to beat! Don't get me started on consultants<G>!!!
