On Thursdaynight, September 28, "Ugly Betty" will premiere on ABC. Jeff Beal scored the music for this new series.

Also on Thursday night, September 28th, "Sensing Murder" will premiers on the Discovery Channel at 10PM. And Didier Rachou scored the music for this new series.

It looks like I know what I'll be doing Thursdays nights.

Two great series, two great composers! Our forum composers are just going from one success to another.

I hope you all tune in and listen to Jeff's and Didiere's music and support their work.

Wow, congratulations to both of them for scoring (yeah yeah... pun intended) this opportunity.

It's really neat to think about posting with people who are apart of projects such as this. Then there's getting advice and sharing ideas with them. There's a lot of talent and experience here and speaking strictly as a very new member of the community (of composers as well as this forum) it's always neat to see what other people are doing.

Indeed, congratulations to Jeff and Didier! My Thursday nights are often busy, but I'll try to catch what I can!

By the way, if you miss 'Ugly Betty' you can stream it online after it airs at www.abc.com (http://www.abc.com)! :)

interesting! I saw the "uggly betty" original serie, "Betty, la fea", from the colombian TV. The music was very interesting in that one, tango and latin music. I suppose that this one will go diffrent since is for a diffrent public?

It's Thursday!

Time to watch television tonight. Give up any plans you had for bowling, romance, partying *(), playing checkers, going to the pub, etc. :D

Tune in to ABC at 8pm to see "Ugly Betty" and then Discovery Channel at 10pm to see "Sensing Murder". (check local listings)

All the best Jeff and Didier for successful premiers tonight!

Excellent work Didier and Jeff.

The music in "Sensing Murder" was suspenseful and fit the docmentary perfectly. The music was the best part of the show IMHO.

And "Ugly Betty" is going to be another hit. Jeff just keeps outdoing himself and has developed his own unique and recognizable style. The music was just superb.

In both of these shows it was fascinating how the music set the mood and enhanced the underlying story.

Bravo to both Jeff and Didier!

Great work, Jeff! I loved "Ugly Betty!" I also wanted to let you know how much I loved your work in "Nightmares and Dreamscapes"; brilliant! Now, when is "Rome" coming back on? I loved your music for that series too! Keep on keepin' on!
