Roberto, how do you get the strings to sound so nice. Did you do any special tweaking?

Also, I get chills every time the choir comes in at 2:04 :hp:

Another very enjoyable offering, Roberto.
And good to see you're still finding time to do music.

Thanks Flight!
No I don't use nothing special if not like a reduce attack for the sample and a little bit of reverb!!!

Lovely writing. I like the motion, dissonances, dynamic handling in the last half especially.

Beautiful work Roberto.
A little more dissonant than your usual offerings, but handled very well, and integrated into your Melodic Legato style in a very appealing fashion.

Terrific work, Roberto!

A great use of anticipation/buildup. And the Piano introduction was wonderful.

Using the EWQLSC, I assume.. You've certainly mastered it!

Love the sustaining lush strings.. Which ibrary are they from?

Very, very nice, Roberto! Wonderful emotional flow. The segment from 2min to the end is particularly nice as the strings are joined by the choir and then the piano takes us out so delicately.

Thank you!

CT,
thank you so much for the kind words!

It is weird that most of the people, if not all, really like the last part of this music. Do you think the piano is fine where is it, or do you think another instrument might be better?

Someone told me that the piano there is like Adam Sandler playing in Omen V!!

Thanks again,
Roberto

Roberto,

While I can understand the person who posted this thought the piano at the end was out of place, I wouldn't get put off by their attempt to make that point in a convoluted and dramatic way.

Personally I liked the piece. It's full of artistic expression. I know of no rules in writing music that says when you can and can not use any sound/instrument :)

Some people will like it, some people won't. It's a shame the ones that don't tend to stick out (especially when they make usless references like this one).

Roberto,

Wow, that is so amazingly beautiful. It's one you want to listen to over and over. I'm beginning to think if you want your child to grow up to be a great musician, you should probably name the kid, Robert.

Do you mind if i ask about how it's gets it name? When i was in third grade catholic school, we would call Sister Ann Mary, "Sam," Not out of disrespect, she didn't mind it. The soprano's voice reminded me of her.:)

Sounds great. But what is it about sampled sounds where the extreme high notes (choir and strings) are always a dead giveaway that the sounds are sampled, even in a nice multi-sampled library?

Thanks, yes i know that's a problem with sample library!
Hopefully there will be a solution in the future libraries.

Thanks again,
