LFO rate - Modulate??

Am I missing something or is there no way I can modulate LFO speed/rate in a GS patch via, say, aftertouch?

The rate can be adjusted in the Editor but the mod wheel and aftertouch are used to adjust the amount. You could create a few dimensions and give them different rates if needed.
