Hi,
My Name is Dean Valentine and I've worked as a professional composer for TV & Film since 1999.In March 2006 I set up my new studio with a plan to compose professional scores for Games.
In October I also launched www.deanvalentine.com (http://www.deanvalentine.com/) including Biog/ projects/audio & video samples & downloads.
Aswell as the TV & Film work,I'm slowly but surely moving towards composing music for games and at present I am currently working on a few cues for 1 or 2 game's (early days yet).

Hey Dean!
That song was GREAT.What orchestra is that? I drifted off and thought I was listening to Alan Silvestri. Nice work!
How did you get the gig on the games?

Hey Audun,
Thanks,I posted this cue a good while ago and got no response at all at the forum here,so I forgot all about it so I'm delighted you found it.
Silvestri's Predator score is the only score I have, but its one of my favorite action scores.
Re Games: By posting on a few forums I got a some responses,I still do TV & FIlm work aswell but I would like to do more Games(after Christmas I'm going to start kicking in some doors,)

hi Lukpcn,
I listened to your tracks and thought they were great, they fit the genre very well, they could also work in a modern context aswell.( without banjo)
Have you ever listened to 'Wyattearp' (J.N.Howard)great score, check it out.
I think the string samples let you down a bit, everything else sounds very realistic, great low brass hits.

Thanks Dean for listening to my tracks.
I know about strings, but then I had only Halion Strings Edition in my lib while composing the most part of those pieces and only 1GB of RAM back then ;)
Not to mention that those where my first full orchestral pieces ever ;)
Once again thanks for kind words.

Some nice music there!
You might want to proof read your site, since I see some spelling/grammar mistakes, and people tend to be less tolerant of that for a professional site.
