How will Kontakt Player 2 affect JABB?

I guess the subject says it pretty well. What new features or capabilities can we look forward to in the new version?

There will be a few more features but we are mostly concerned about getting JABB ported over with everything working properly in the new player. Many of the fancy new features can come later in an update.

Among the things that will be added in the initial port: Selected keyswitch sax instruments (choose between certain saxes, flute, and clarinet in a single instrument) combined percussion instruments, level control of the individual parts of the combined drum kits, and level control of the trumpet release effects. The interface will also allow the user to choose the pitchbend range of an instrument. Those are a few of the things.
