Question re: upcoming Sibelius GPO edition

Regarding the upcoming version of Sibelius 4 with integrated GPO...Sibelius is offering a special upgrade price for users who already own GPO. I'm wondering if Garritan will be offering a similar deal in the opposite direction -- that is, if I own this new Sibelius/GPO edition, will I then be able to purchase GPO at a discount?

Finale offers such a discount, but I think you have to order it from them. I'm sure Sibelius will make a similar offer available.
