I was wondering if anyone could help me. I\'m having problems w/ the DMA buffer settings in the Delta control panel. If I set it too low (384 samples), then Windows audio is fine but if I dump MIDI to audio tracks in Sonar (coming from my Roland XP-80), then it pops & clicks. If I set the DMA buffer size to 1024 samples, then dumping MIDI to audio is great, but SOME (not all) Windows audio is choppy. Mostly it\'s the beeps & chimes of dialogue & error messages.

Thanks..

I\'ve actually diabled my windows audio.
I wonder if your problem had to do with multiple sample rates? The windows stuff is probably 22 or 11k, rather than 44...

I know this is a lot of trouble, but most of my problems were solved by switching from XP to Windows 2000. I\'m considering trying XP again soon with the service pack out, but I\'m still not that hopeful about it.

He has a point about the sample rates.
