Because I am a beginner, I had to look it up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jew's_harp ... I always used to call it a mouth harp, as I don't frequent educated circles very often.

There's one of those in the X-Sample collection (vol. 9), if I remember well it sounds ok, with several tunings.
