Thanks for your Question.
Sorry I didn't noticed your thread until one of my pupils asked me about and why I did'nt answer. Sorry again.

Here my answers:

1) Yes, and I did also another complete Haydn Piano Sonatas collection with the Malcolm Bilsen sampled PMI Walther Pianoforte just to compare how far the different Sound inspire different interpretations. (both together make about 15 hours beautiful Pianomusic - at least for those who like Haydn)

2) No, up to now I've did it just for my own interest and copied it sometimes to the benefit of my Pupils and some friends. But If you are intrested let me know there are still a few (4 or 5) of copies of both Collections left. So I perhaps can send you one. If I should mail me contactadress.
