Finale 2007 with Garritan added

I have just purchased Finale 2007 and have added the Garritan sounds VST(as there are more sounds available) Can someone please tell me how I can get more than eight sounds from the Garritan setup. If I put Garritan twice in the VST setup it then becomes channels 17-32, I don't know how to access channels 8-16.
I am probably being very thick.
