Gigastudio160(pc)/pro tools digi 001(mac)

Hi! anybody know a way to work with a dedicated pc with giga and link it to a sequencer (cubase/pro tools) using digi 001 on a mac??? what is the way to do it? what do I need as interfaces and stuff? what would the chain look like???
