Midi tutorials

Hello, I'm looking for some suggestions regarding midi tutorials. I use Digital Performer with Garritan. What would be a good source, or tutorial book, in order to improve the realistic effect of the orchestration through midi manipulation?

There are many great tutorials on this site alone, if you do a search. Also, if you are not up on orchestration in general, make sure you go through the Rimsky-Korsakov lessons hosted here.
