Gigasampler Capture Function

Hi, I\'m having trouble getting capture to work. The wav file is being created, and the longer I record the bigger the file, but when I try to play the file it\'s silent. I read in another post that the destination wav file needs to be on a hard drive separate from the one which the gig files are being played from, but the manual makes no mention of this, is a second drive indeed necessary? Any help appreciated, thanks!

I use capture on one computer with no problems. It tends to record at low levels; possibly you just need to normalize the file.
