Seems there are not too many problems or news for Vista and sampling is there?
I just rollwed back a Vista installation after finding there are too many drivers missing. Anybody found some good resources on the net?
HELP! I've not been able to do this. How did you accomplish this??

I was smart enough to make an image of the system drive before installing Vista.

Great little tool that create a full image of the drive.
Can't imagine you can easily roll back to XP after installing Vista over XP.
Unfortunately, the laptop came with it installed :-(

That leaves you only one option- to buy an XP install. Sad.
Vista will not allow you to reinstall a previous version...:-(

Surely you must have known that Vista was on the laptop before you bought it. Anyway, of course you can install XP. Just boot from an XP disk and install it from scratch, including wiping the drive. With a laptop, you're going to have to dig for hardware drivers, but that's gotta be true with Vista too.
I'm setting up a test PC to see what's going on with Vista, but it's going to be many many months before I think about running an audio app on it. Gotta know where the skeletons are in that Vista closet.
