From what I gather, windows 98se does not support ntfs formatting. However, I\'ve read that drives from sysinternals.com can bridge this gap. Does anyone have any experience with this, and will performance be significantly better with NTFS vs. FAT 32??

Thanks,

Colin

FAT32 is just fine. There no reason to pursue this.

Agreed, even with Windows 2000, I still use FAT32. You\'re wasting your time trying to get this to work. And in most cases, NTFS will perform worse than FAT32.
