FAT 32 harddrive format in Win 98

Is this format achieved simply by right mouse clicking and then format in windows?? I recall reading about a place to determine cluster sizes etc. and do not see that in the regular windows 98 format dialogue. Basically, from a windows for dummies perspective, how do I format my sample drives?
