Hello everyone,
We have just launched a site called The Finale School (http://www.thefinaleschool.com). You can view many video tutorials on how to do a lot of different things in Finale. Plus it is all free! Just wanted to let everyone know because we think that people at this forum could find a lot of help at our new site!
It is completely free and you don't even need a login or email address to view our tutorials check it out and let us know what you think.
Thanks!

These are very nice. I'm glad that you have posted them.
I use Finale all the time, I'll look them over and see if I have any suggestions.
By the way.....
If anyone out there is looking for some nice orchestra and chamber music templates, I have many posted at Jari Williamsson's web site:
http://www.finaletips.nu/downloads.php
Look down the page.
These templates are in Finale 2004 and there are pdf files that describe what is included in the template. Download them, make your own revisions, save them as ftm files and use them as templates.

Hello everyone again,
I thought I would just post another update about the Finale School. We now have a webstore! Go check it out (http://www.thefinaleschool.com/store)!
Also, we have set up a forum (http://www.thefinaleschool.com/forum) and have given the site a nice redesign. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to update this thread to let everyone know that I have done some major improvements to The Finale School. I have changed the name to Notation Nation as well. I now offer tutorials on both Finale & Sibelius. Your login will work the same.

Let me know what you think.

One thing the poster failed to mention is that the "Free" is a limited number of video tutorials. Nor does he bother to mention that there is a $24.95 "lifetime" membership that gives you full access to everything the site offers. Unfortunately I was unable to check it out because the site crashed with the first attempt to watch a video.
