Where can I get the JABB shakes tutorial midi file

I am brand new to JABB. It looks very interesting. In Tom's trumpet shakes tutorial pdf file there is a link to the corresponding midi files. Clicking on the link takes me a to a page that no longer exists. Is there a new spot where I can get these tutorial midi fies?
