Symphonic choirs problem - the altos are on strike!

Hi

I am working on a SATB arrangement in Sonar and am setting all the parts by themselves before bouncing each to audio. However I have a problem with a note in the alto line. I am using SC as a plugin in Sonar and have the altos loaded. All is fine until an octave jump between Eb a minor 3rd above middle C and the Eb at the top of the treble staff. The top of the alto range is this E natural, and by playing the note in the Kompakt player it sounds. However when I play the sonar track, it always misses out the top Eb. I have tried using different multis but always get the same problem.
Can anyone help?

I've run into the same problem but have no idea why. I'm waiting for the PLAY version in case it doesn't have these weird problems and if the internal wordbuilder is better than the current one. I'm using Cubase SX3 and Kontakt 2.
