Add-on hardware for midi keyboards

Does anyone know if it is possible to get an add-on device that has alternate contollers (i.e. ribbon sliders, etc.) for midi keyboards that only have basic controllers (mod wheel, pitch bend...)? I\'d like to have more control but don\'t want to buy a whole new keyboard.

Any MIDI controller should work with your keyboard, using MIDI (to control things like volume, pan, mod, ...).

After all, that\'s the big goal of MIDI...

The only question is that, if you want to control complex things (filters, envelopes, etc), you must see what your keyboard allows.
