Can someone recommend me a good Dolby AC3 Encoder?

Hi.
I use A-Pack which is a utility that comes with Apple\'s DVD Studio Pro package. I also own Sonic Foundry\'s Soft Encode, but it\'s not nearly as good. I highly recommend A-Pack if you have the cash available.

No. It is Mac only. You might try contacting Dolby to get some hardware. They\'ll lend it to you for free if you\'re a potential licensee.
