Just received STRADIVARI 2.0- No serial number! :(

I received my Stradivari Solo Violin 2.0 yesterday evening and eagerly tried to install it this morning. Mmmmm.........how can I install it when there are no serial numbers? Inside the case on the upper right hand corner there is a sticker that says, " NI Player Serial Number, serialnumber;serial_reference" Is that where my serial number was supposed to be? What a bummer 4th of July this is becoming- I can't install Stradivari, I can't install Vienna Instruments (Audiomidi.com forgot to send me my Vienna Key), AND it's too darn hot in Las Vegas (114 and rising) to go outside today. AAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!:(

The thread title was a little deceiving--my first thoughts were, how can someone not like the Stradivari violin library? I love my copy to death!

Anyway, good luck sorting this out as soon as possible, and I hope you have a great rest of the Independence Day. :)

Mr. Garritan is truly a dedicated business professional! On the 4th of July he took the time to issue me a serial number via phone. I will definitely be purchasing more of his products in the future with that kind of service. :)
