Instrument Conversions

There have been a few cases starting with either Soundfonts or Gigs where the conversion either in Kontakt or CDxTract yielded Kontakt instruments which play only in mono on the Left or Right channel. The instruments should be playing on both channels.

Any advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

just a suggestion................I purchased the new CD Extract and re-translated all my Gig files and Roland CDs to Kontakt and it generally worked great. a few little things here and there, but mainly did it very well. When I just used the Kontakt import, I frequently had to go to mapping editor.....select all.......and set pan to \"0\" (zero)..but not the most desirable way.

Bernard from CDxTract assessed my issue and in a very quick and kind turnaround resolved it. I am happy and back in business with some of my more obscure soundfont and gig sounds.
