Concert & Marching Band Shipping Tomorrow?

Now that the JABB and GPO issues are behind us, and Concert and Marching Band is shipping tomorrow, let's all thank Tom Hopkins for what he has done and what he continues to do!

This past year has been hard on the entire Garritan family, but most esecially Tom.

So I'm guessing since I ordered my copy from Sibelius, I'll have to wait a little bit.

Any word on when the KP2 version of JABB is shipping?

Well, I ordered mine from Makemusic (Finale) on 8/10/06 so I hope I'm near the top of the list.... :-)

Yup, hope so too. I ordered JABB and CaMB for Sibelius on the 8th, so I really want them soon, but they've been up for order since June....

Yes, I also would like to know if the Marching band linrary is to be shipped soon for those who ordered via the makemusic (Finale) website...

The reason I ask is that so far my Garritan libraries have been shipped very FAST... and it's normally via Fed-Ex, and they ask for payment of duties at the door... and I don't usually HAVE the damned money on me when they deliver! So this time I want to be prepared!

Well, I decided to telephone MakeMusic, since I did pre-order the Concert/Marching Band library through their website (as a Finale user), and they have heard nothing about the library's release date... so I can probably safely presume that it won't be arriving tomorrow.

So I should assume that is the same case for Sibelius USA?

Anyone know about the shipping of the KP2 versions of JABB?

Okay, I talked to one of the guys from Sibelius on there forum, and according to his knowledge, all Garritan products from them should be shipping next week, so those who ordered from Sibelius shouldn't have too wait much longer either.

I'm assuming this is pretty much the same case for MakeMusic customers.

I'm assuming this is pretty much the same case for MakeMusic customers.Right today I got this answer from MakeMusic: "Unforunately, we do not yet have a confirmed shipping date from the maker, Gary Garritan. We are waiting on him to ship us the finished discs so that we can ship them out and complete our orders. He has most recentely told us that they are very near completion and should be shipping within the next month or two. As soon as we receive the discs, we will immediately fulfill and ship your order".

Perhaps they were not aware of latest news, yet...
