GCMB and CPU Load?

Can anyone comment on CPU load issues with the new GCMB library? How does it compare with GPO and JABB?

I'm currently running a Mac G5 with 1 Gb of RAM.

On my system it's about the same as GPO with the same basic programming. JABB has higher CPU usage.
