Best way to fine-tune two instruments ?

Hi,

I have two instruments. They should have the same tune to sound well as an ensemble. An the moment they do not.

How can I fine-tune the samples fast and easily. With Fine-Tune in cents Button it is complicated and I do not hear the other instrument...
Do I need extra software ? I only have standard equipment (1 soundcard and Sample wrench XE).
