Okay, now that I have pieces written and arranged with CMB in Kontakt2, how do I save individual instruments within the score to wave or mp3 for editing?

What software are you using to host Kontact? The music software is where files are rendered to .wav files - and note: you do NOT want to save your piece to MP3 for editing. You want as high a quality audio file as possible - .wav.
