How do I get my Audiophile USB into Ardour?

I installed Ubuntu Studio and opened Ardour. But the only sound was played through my integrated soundcard of my Laptop. I made a test of Audiophile and it worked. However I am not able to get Ardour to recognize it. What do I do?

Ardour uses JACK for audio output, so you must configure jackd to use the Audiophile instead of the internal sound card. There should be a program called QJackCtrl (sometimes listed without the "Q" in the menu). With it you can configure which sound card to use.
