Error Message

Hi Guys,
I need your help. When ever I try to install anything in ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy, I receive error message (E:cupsys:subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127). What's to be done to correct this?

There seems to have been a problem with the installation of the printing system (CUPS). Whenever you install a new application, the packaging system remembers that CUPS has not yet been fully installed, tries again and fails again. The good news is, the other application should not be affected by this problem, so you should be able to use it just fine.

I don't know how to resolve this problem. Maybe just waiting for a software update will fix it. You could also take that question to http://ubuntuforums.org, the guys there might be able to help.
