Is it at all possible to extend the range of the bassoon in GPO. It seems that the top note is G above middle C. It is not unusual for bassoon parts to be written above that note. Any suggestions?

Make sure you have the latest version (update through NI's service center). The bassoon ranges for both instruments go another M6 up to E.
