It should be $149.00 from LE to GigaStudio 96 (96 note polyphony, 32 MIDI channels and one effect..reverb) Then you would pay the price difference from 96 to 160 (160 notes, 64 MIDI channels and 3 effects, reverb, chorus and delay)
