Sorry for the delay in responding but I haven't visited this forum for a while and I also lost my password so I couldn't post. However, I think I got myself re-registered now.

I read the above thread and I notice that you didn't indicate whether or not the instruments you are using have any release groups. You may want to read this thread and possibly download the utility script to see if it corrects your problem.

If this doesn't help, I'll need you to choose some K2 library instrument that exhibits the problem. Then, since we would both have that instrument I can run some tests to see if I can repro your problem.
